Exton Little League has been serving the West Chester area community for nearly 60 years providing youths an opportunity to participate in our non-profit, family & community-oriented organization.
Every year, ELL has over 500 players participating in our spring season and a few hundred more playing in the fall representing well over 1000 parents. We play the majority of our baseball games at Ship Fields and the majority of our softball games at Meadowbrook Manor Fields. In addition, our website gets thousands of monthly hits between registrations and reviewing schedules and team information.
However, we realize that Little League is about much more than just playing the game. It's really a leadership-training program that instills in youth the virtues of character, hard work, courage and camaraderie during their most impressionable years. Exton Little League takes the responsibility of developing these traits in our children very seriously, but we need your help!
To continue to keep the registration fees affordable for parents in our community we must rely on financial sponsorships from local business organizations like yours. Your sponsorship provides uniforms, equipment, umpires and field maintenance, which are all primary direct expenses of running the league.
In addition to supporting local kids and a quality community program that emphasizes teamwork, responsibility and civic duty, being an Exton Little League 2023 Sponsor is smart marketing and may qualify as a tax deduction (check with your accountant).
Being a sponsor positions your business in front of over 1,700 adults and kids with buying power in our local community. We’ve added even more benefits and marketing opportunities to our 2024 program so don’t delay!

Exton Little League is excited to offer the following sponsorship opportunities for 2024.
The All Star --- $500
- This will be for the Spring and Fall Seasons
- With this sponsorship you would get a Hyperlink in the Sponsor section of the league website.
- You will get 2 social media post during each the Spring and Fall seasons
- 3’ x 5’ sign placed at one of the 2 locations – Meadowbrook Manor Fields or Roscioli Park (Ship Rd)
- $125 extra for new sponsor or change of existing sign.
- Sign placement at discretion of ELL. A request can be made by the sponsor for a certain location to have their signed placed. There is no guarantee that this request can be filled.
- Business name on Sponsor board at Roscioli Field (Ship Rd)
- Sponsor receives a thank you plaque, able to be hung in the sponsors place of business
- Would include in league wide email thanking and promoting our sponsors
Challenger League Sponsor --- $750 (0 sponsor spot)
- Challenger Division is for our special needs players
- These kids range in age and do not pay a registration fee
- This sponsorship supports theses players so we can give them everything they need as a player and as a person
- In the past and hopefully this year we can bring back we encourage our younger players to help with the games for this league
- With this package you will receive everything included in the MVP package.
- This will only be one team
The MVP --- Division Sponsor (10 available spots) - $1500
- This is a division sponsor for the Spring and Fall league
- With this sponsorship you will get a Hyperlink in the Sponsor section of the league website
- You will get a monthly spotlight on the main page of the ELL website during the year
- You will get a monthly spotlight on the ELL social media pages during the year
- You will get mentioned during any photo, press, spotlight of the division you sponsor on social media or website
- Thank You plaque with a picture of the division champions
- Would have company name or logo printed on each team’s uniform – Deadline 03/15/2024 for printing purpose
- This logo would be place on the front and/or back of the uniform
- 2 - 3’ x 5’ signs that will be placed on 2 fields at either of the following locations - Boot Rd Park 2 – New Fields or Roscioli Park (Ship Rd)
- $125 extra per sign for new sponsor or change of existing signs.

- League wide email blast – Put together by sponsor and sent by the league
The Hall of Fame --- Corporate Sponsor
- This is a completely customized sponsorship
- ELL can include a field named for you – with a ceremony if we can
- Minimal starting fee of $2500
