Softball Spring Assessments

Assessments are requires for all girls interesting in playing Minor A or Majors softball. This process allows the coaches to create even strength teams while ensuring each team has a balance of pitchers, catchers and hitters. If you can't attend your scheduled session, please contact the league in advance.

If your child is interested in playing up a division, they should attend the appropriate level assessment. There are no guarantees a child can play up as it depends on many factors beyond skill readiness. 

Girls should come with any equipment they have, including gloves, bats, helmets and facemasks. We'll have extras available if needed for anyone. Sneakers are great - no cleats. 

If you plan on staying at the facility, please be prepared to wait in the front lobby / bleacher area. There isn't much space in the back where the kids and coaches will be. 

Assessments will be held at The All-Star Sports Academy in Downingtown. 417 Boot Road. 

Minor A assessments will be at 12:00pm sharp. Please arrive 10 minutes early to register and check-in. Parents can pickup their kids at 1:15. 

Majors will begin at 1:30 and end at 3:00. Again, arrive 10 minutes early to check-in and get settled.
