Hello Exton Little League Parents and Coaches:

The Spring 2017 season will kick off with Baseball Evaluations scheduled for February 25st (Saturday) at All Star Baseball Academy located at 417 Boot Road, Downingtown, PA. We would like to see every player league age 8-18 attend these evaluations so that we are best able to balance the Baseball teams and determine where your son is best placed within our divisions.

Players should come dressed to play Baseball and bring their equipment (glove, bat, helmet, etc.). They will need a glove, but if they do not have a bat or helmet, we will have some available for them to use. Do not bring any Baseballs.

Evaluation Schedule (League Age as determined by the Little League Age Determination Chart)

League age 8 - 9 (Born Sept 1, 2007 - Aug 31, 2009): 3:00pm - 4:15pm
League age 10 - 11 (Born May 1, 2005 - Aug 31, 2007): 4:15pm - 5:30 pm
League age 12: (Born May 1, 2004 - April 30, 2005) : 5:30pm - 6:15pm
League age 13-14 (Born May 1, 2002 - April 30, 2004) : 6:15pm - 7:00pm

*** Baseball Evaluations are only for players league age 8-14 only ***

All Star Baseball Academy does not have space to allow parents to watch their sons during the evaluations. Parking is also very limited. Therefore, we ask you to consider dropping off and picking up your son at the appropriate time. We appreciate your cooperation with this.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: We are looking for adult volunteers to help us administer the evaluations efficiently. We are also looking for volunteers for Managers in the following Divisions: Majors (league age 11 & 12), Minor A (league age 9 &10) and Minor B (league age 7 & 8). Please contact the VP of Baseball if you can volunteer to help at the evaluations and if you would like to be considered for a Manager position.
